Biography
Alberto Gonzalez, better known as Tito, is originally a native of Palm Beach County who moved to the Tampa Bay area to pursue his passion for law. He graduated cum laude from Western Michigan University - Thomas M. Cooley Law School where he earned the coveted Leadership Achievement Award and was the Valedictory speaker for his graduating class. Tito has held positions as a Staff Attorney - OPS for the 13th Judicial Circuit and as an Assistant State Attorney for the 13th Judicial Circuit. Both of these positions have provided Tito with plenty of experience in litigation both in front of the court and "behind the curtain." As an experienced litigator, Tito brings this wealth of experience to Imler Law for the benefit of all clients of the firm.
Since 2024, Tito has counseled individuals in all manners of employment law matters such as Discrimination case, Retaliation Cases, Wrongful Termination Cases, FMLA Retaliation, Florida Whistleblower Retaliation, and more in arbitration, state, federal court.
Tito is an active member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association Young Lawyer's Division and currently serves as the co-chair of the Social Events Committee, co-chair for the HCBA Bar Leadership Program, is an active member of the Clearwater Bar Association, North Tampa Bar Association, and the West Pasco Bar Association. Tito has previously served as part of the Cooley Chapter of Florida Association for Women Lawyers, is a member of the Tampa Hispanic Bar Association, and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.
In his personal life, Tito is a husband and father to a "fur baby," Ginger. Tito is an avid football fan and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers played a heavy role in his transfer to the Tampa area. Tito spends much of his time volunteering for local bar associations and participates in local events of the Tampa Bay Area.
